For arrivals after 10pm please send a notice. - The check out is done until 11am. - If you need to check out later than 11am, please talk to us first for arrangements. - During the New years, CarnIval e holidays we work with tours only. - Contact us for about special prices for high or low season - No fees for services - We don’t charge children under 5 years old - Reservations are made from 8am to 9pm. - Low season: we work with a 50% payment by the reservation and the other 50% by the arrival - High season: we work with 50% payment by the reservation and 60% by the arrival. - We work with VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS. - 220v Power The reservation agreement: - The reservation will be confirmed exclusively by the payment receipt. The receipt should be sent by email or fax along with the full name, age, ID, phone number and date of arrival from who will be lodged. If you live outside of Brazil, please contact us for further in formations about the payment. In case of cancelation: High and medium season, Christmas, New Years, Carnival, Holidays, events and congresses: Cancelations done within 30 days.:10% of the total value will be charged + Brazilian Fees. Cancelations done within 15 to 29 days: 40% of the total value will be charged + Brazilian Fees. Cancelations done within less than 15 days: 100% of the value will be charged. Low season: Cancelations done within 15 days or more: 10% of the total value will be charged + Brazilian Fees. Cancelations done within less than 15 days: 100% of the value will be charged. After the check is is done, there is no way to have part of the payment money back even if you cancel part of your stay. Warning: In case the host does not show at the check in date, the reservation will be available until 24h from the check in (1pm).
